WestJet Conference Discount

For those planning to travel by air, special arrangements have been made with WestJet that give a 10% discount on your flight costs for the Assembly. This applies to regular fares and seat sales.

If you pre-register for the Assembly on this site, you will receive the group booking number and details in your registration confirmation.

Then book your ticket by calling 1-877-952-4696 (open Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm MST).

Another special feature of the WestJet arrangement is that if, for any reason, the person who originally booked the flight cannot attend, name changes are permitted for free, up to 24 hours prior to departure.
