Accommodations reservations are made on the University website. The University offers several options for visitor accommodations: Residence rooms offer B&B-style breakfasts, the Cluster housing units do not include breakfast, as those units have kitchens:

Meals at the AssemblyThe opening BBQ on Monday evening has a cost of $10 A Fellowship Dinner is planned for Thursday evening, with a cost of $50 per person. For clergy and clergy wives, meals included in the fee are: - the Welcome Luncheon on Monday
- luncheons on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
For delegates and observers, meals included in the fee are: - luncheons Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
For youth, meals included in the fee are: - lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
For the meals that are not included in the assembly fee, there are many cafeterias, restaurants and coffee shops at or near the University for your convenience. Grocery shopping is also nearby. Picnics on the beach are a great way to spend a summer evening in Victoria, and the beach at Gyro Park is just a short walk past the grocery store! |
